Let’s breathe, move and sweat together… 6 feet apart, of course ! Please bring your own mat, blocks (if needed), water and towel. I’ll provide the killer playlist and kick ass flow. Mask are required until you get on your mat and I will maintain social distance while I teach. Limited spots!
