We don’t do ohming, chanting, or incense. The music is loud. The playlists bump Snoop, Adele, and Alicia Keys. A yoga flow-style class that is physically demanding but the music is so good that you won't notice until the next morning that your abs and hamstrings feel sore.
That's the idea, to get to the meditative mind by listening to music and pushing yourself physically so you can't have anywhere else to go. We kick your butt so you can't roam in your mind.
My Yoga Method
Yoga, especially vinyasa flow, is already a cardio workout, but what if we “turn it up a little bit” ? Through an energetic sequence of movements, accompanied by loud and motivating music, you’ll experience a mindful moving meditation with the breath and body, pushing you to your personal edge. The result is an easily modifiable class that satisfies those who practice yoga but want a more intense flow that increases their heart rate while being relatively low-impact.
